Don’t forget to rush the trash on the opposite wing to the Plagueworks. There’s a big Valkyr trash mob that drops 1 Emblem of Frost. Even if you won’t be attempting that side.

Yes, a valk guarding the entrance to Dreamwalker drops an Emblem of Frost. Even if you don’t go for that fight, doing a few pulls of trash for an emblem is worth it.
