That's a really difficult situation. I know when you're the guild leader you always have to put your own personal wishes aside and act for the good of the guild, but sometimes it just feels like after all the good you've done everybody, why can't they pitch in and do good for you once in a while.

My guild's tiny and new, and not at all the established raiding behemoth that yours is, but I think I understand a little bit of how you feel. I'm also dating my co-gm long distance. We see each other more often than you can see your fiance (since we're only in different states, not different countries), and we're not engaged, so I imagine your situation is like mine magnified several hundred times. It always seems like the minute we try to jump on our baby battleground alts is the minute someone desperately needs us to tank or heal something, or the minute that someone just can't wait to have some gem cut or some epic blacksmithed. Or a fight breaks out and people start /gquitting left right and center.

It's driven our "online dates" into a different game, because somehow we feel less guilty if we're not in wow at all than if we're in wow and refusing to help.

Thanks.

It's more an issue of balancing shamans than it is heals, at this point. With Elamism's main change and Blankor's departure, we're down to three core shamans. I'm the only one of us who can make a Saturday raid. So while we can get a third healer (Rosaly actually respecced to heal our last couple of attempts on BQ), it's actually an extra shaman that's making it complicated.

I love me some Annah, but I have to admit: I had a blast with Nofears on Saturday. When we pulled off two-healing Festergut, we cheered in party.

I'm emo about missing raids with Keaton, but it is pretty awesome to run 10's with people I don't usually get a chance to connect with, if that makes sense. We're all a part of the same healing team on 25's, but 10's just feel closer for some reason.

We didn't have a warlock, so we had our death knight tank Keleseth and our warrior tank the other two. It wasn't too bad to heal when Keleseth was empowered ... but when Valanar or Taldaram was, the incoming damage on our warrior was fierce.

The other team used a feral druid to tank K. and a paladin to tank V. and T.

There's no reason you shouldn't be with Keaton for 10 man raids. If you need a healer for the Saturday group this week, just let me know.

That sounds rough, I certainly know that we experience difficulties scheduling and making everyone happy in our guild.

I'm stuck on your saying you had one warrior tank two of the princes? Which two? We've killed them twice in ten man and both times we had a warlock tank Keleseth and one physical tank each on the other two. We two healed it and just positioned all the princes so the healers could reach them all.
