This is not a UI post.
A certain shaman-turned-hunter of my acquaintance recently posted in defense of about his eye-bleedingly horrible UI. I'd love to respond by sharing my custom UI, but can't... because the aforemention shaman-turned-hunter might realize I wasn't lying when I said I didn't display pet frames on Grid.

I think that his UI looks pretty clean compared to what I’m running.

It’s cool. Charles’ takes 90% less aoe damage, and pretty much lives off me wasting a GCD every minute on mend pet while running and Chain heal/Wild Growth/Circle of Healing smart heals.
Now, when we run heroics, shame on you.
Also, I require an actual UI post, meanie.

I don’t heal pets either
. unless for some reason our tank dies/abandons ship and the warlock/hunter thinks they’r pet can do that job. then I’ll throw them a few heals. But I don’t ahve pet frames enabled even then.
