One of those days…

It's a chilly 72 degrees in my office this morning, I left my sweater at home and — sigh — I just noticed that my shoes don't match.

It's going to be one of those days.

  1. I solve the “shoe problem” by having one pair of shoes.
…though sometimes my socks don’t match, so I have some sympathy for the problem.
(“These colors looked the same at home!”)

  2. Awww. *hug*

Although I do have a question. Do you just mean to say the shoes don’t match the rest of your outfit? … Or that they don’t match each other? :P

I hope that if it IS the latter, they’re close enough that it’d be difficult to notice while you’re workin’ anyways!

  3. I actually had a similar thing happen to me this summer. I had slept late and was in a rush to get out the door for an appointment. I groped under the bed for my sandals then I was out the door. Only AFTER my appointment at a large spa waiting in the waiting room with four other people and getting out of the car at the grocery store did I notice that my sandals were entirely different. Not just in color but in style as well. Color I could’ve explained away, but… *embarassed*

    • I feel a little less silly now. <3

At least I had both complete sets in my car. As soon as I realized I was mismatched it, I hightailed it to the parking lot. (Not before getting some very funny looks from the women in the lobby at work, but…)

  4. Wait, what?

    72 degrees is cold? >.<

  5. How much does that translate in celcius? Over here after a week of -30C, once it warms up to -20 everyone is outside in tshirts having icecream and playing volleyball.
