We have people in guild who run like ToC10Xmain+2 alts, run our ToC25 on their main, and then pug it on alts. If it's a week where my druid did get to go, I can tank it, if it's a week where I didn't, I can heal it! :) US Saturday is no good for me though (at work), US Sunday though is a day I have free even now. Either way, whether I can go or not, it sounds a good plan, provided we have people keen to do it without burnin 'em out even more on ToC.
